From now on, users will have to modify their password every 90 days. This new process has been implemented to ensure that users are still active and working for the same organization.
If you are a Business Partner (Travel/Cargo Agency), please remember that your user includes the "TIESS_" followed by 7 numeric digits.
If you don't remember your current password, please click on "Forgot my Password" and request TIESS to reset it. TIESS will send a new temporary password to the e-mail address registered to your user.
If you don't receive an e-mail from TIESS, first check in the SPAM folder to ensure it has not been moved there. If you can't find it anywhere, please request help through our Customer Service Portal, selecting TIESS and the appropriate subject.
